Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. General

These terms are used by Sonos d.o.o., Prušnikova ulica 95, 1210 Ljubljana - Šentvid, Slovenia (the "provider"), for services under the Web-NET / NextGEN brand: website and e-commerce development, SEO, hosting, care plans and domain registration. By submitting an inquiry or order you agree to these terms.

2. Offers and contract

All prices on the website are indicative ("from" prices). Binding is the written quote the client receives after the project scope is agreed. The contract is concluded upon written confirmation of the quote (email suffices). Quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Prices and payment

Quoted prices are fixed and do not change during the project unless the client expands the scope. Payment is typically in two installments: 40% on confirmation and 60% on handover, unless the quote states otherwise. Payment terms: 8 days from invoice. Prices exclude VAT unless explicitly stated.

4. Delivery and client cooperation

The provider commits to professional delivery within the agreed deadline. Deadlines depend on timely delivery of materials (copy, images, access credentials) by the client; delays extend the deadline proportionally. The client is entitled to two rounds of design revisions within the agreed scope.

5. Ownership and copyright

Upon full payment the client owns the website, its content and the domain (registered in the client's name). The provider reserves the right to list the project among references unless agreed otherwise. Open-source components remain under their own licenses.

6. Hosting, care plans and response times

Year one of hosting and support is included in the build price. Care plans are billed monthly after year one, with no lock-in and notice until the end of the current month. Committed response times: critical issues 1 hour (business hours) or 2 hours (off-hours), other issues 4 hours during business hours. Guaranteed hosting availability is 99.9% annually.

7. Limitation of liability

The provider is not liable for indirect damages or lost profit caused by downtime outside its control (force majeure, third-party outages, client interventions). Total liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Disputes

Disputes are resolved amicably where possible; otherwise the competent court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction. Slovenian law applies.
